He divides his time between homes in Florida, New York, and Wisconsin.

I finished reading this book without the weekend that I had received it. As I was interested in learning more about the history of Salamandre, I really appreciated the historical background & images in the book. Of course, I also enjoyed reading through each chapter and just admiring the beautiful pieces very much!

Beautiful, beautiful coffee table book!! Iconic design house SCALAMANDRE has fabulous fabric and wallpaper, and in this book you get the scoop. Can't describe how gorgeous this book is and how interesting to read. Eye candy for decorating buffs. Get it!

This book is about how a family leveled up by copying historic textile documents. What I got out of the book is that Scalamandre is the Rolling Stones, Rod Steward or Bruno Mars of Textiles: They've become master copyists, but they don't actually have any original masterpieces that was born from their own originality or creativity. They aren't the first, but it was an important lesson on the profound impact and psychology of marketing. I purchased an ad campaign. That's all this is.
