I still have a hard time believing how much these shoes improve my squat. Due to not having great ankle flexion these shoes allow me to get to depth in my squat before having a lot of weight on the bar. They also boost my confidence because of how rooted I feel to the floor. I would highly recommend the shoes to anyone that’s serious about lifting. I don’t care what some may say about purchasing weight lifting shoes ("Don't have a 10 cent Squat with $100 shoes™“Louie Simmons) because for me it was day and night between flats that I used before. I’m not saying anything negative about Louie, but when it comes to safety or performance equipment, and if it can help someone in their sport by all means get the equipment that will take you to the next level.

I enjoy the higher platform. Makes it easier for me to sit in the bucket when I do my front squats. These shoes are NOT for deadlifting. Find a pair of of chucks or deadlift slippers for that particular movement.

Super wide for my big feet esp when it comes to weightlifting shoes. Heavy.. so super stable and wont move...big heel lift design which gives about 6 inches of mobility on squats but the design curves into the arch in a way where its gradual so its not too intense on the feet. In my opinion this is the best Olympic weightlifting shoe. You can plant grear, you can powerlift in these...see Cj cumming and the worlds best femal squatter lift in these...boss shoes
