I've had this for a year and a half now. Very pleased.

Pros:

- Size. My options were a little more limited just because I switched to the ScoopFree PetSafe automatic litter box, which is about 25x22 inches - a little bigger than your average box. This cabinet has a little privacy wall inside that I just didn't put in when assembling, making it the perfect size for the ScoopFree. There are a couple extra inches in room, length-wise, so I just leave a box of baking soda in the back.

- Cleanup. The whole top opens, and the doors on the front also open completely. Whenever I switch the litter I just sweep any wayward litter out the front doors and then wipe down the whole thing with vinegar and baking soda.

- Sturdy. I haven't had any issues with wobbling or things breaking. I've even stood on it to reach something high a couple times. The hinges are good quality. No squeaking yet.

- Looks nice. I got the white marble one and it's true to the image. You're not going to fool Mr. Warbucks into thinking this is an authentic solid marble piece, but it looks like a nice little cabinet. All the pieces fit together perfectly and were the same color, which is more than I can say for some others lol.

Concerns:

- Because the front opens up with doors like a cabinet, it's easy to get litter stuck in the corners around the hinges. Minimal issue.

- The "floor" of the cabinet is just a coated particle board, so your cat has problems missing the box when urinating, you may get some liquid damage to it. My cats currently don't have this problem, but my advice would be to get some kind of waterproof coating to put on the board itself, and then just get some standard bathroom caulking and seal up the edges. This shouldn't run you more than like, ten bucks. A little extra effort, but now it's not a problem for future you.

The vents are just some holes in the back.

This was a good purchase. I do recommend it. If somebody stole it, I would for sure buy it again.

The instructions are not truly clear. The finished product however is amazing. I use a litter that has to be completely changed out each month, but I can get more time out of it with this box. It seems that the air moves freely in and out of the box and it doesn’t smell like the old igloo cat box did. I love it and wish that I’d known this about it earlier. I would have spent the money long ago and my cat would have been much happier. I love it!

The instructions are not truly clear. The finished product however is amazing. I use a litter that has to be completely changed out each month, but I can get more time out of it with this box. It seems that the air moves freely in and out of the box and it doesn’t smell like the old igloo cat box did. I love it and wish that I’d known this about it earlier. I would have spent the money long ago and my cat would have been much happier. I love it!

It looks very sturdy and spacious, our litter box is quite big and it fits inside as long as we don't use the divider.
The colour looks nicer in the pictures tho. It's still nice but a little bit blurry.

The finished product looks great.

However, this is without a doubt the worst piece of furniture I have ever had the displeasure of assembling. Every single metal screw bracket was either bent or misaligned, and very few holes actually line up properly to other pieces.

Screws barely fit into the threaded holes due to bad angles. The non-threaded pilot holes are not spaced correctly, making the screws go in at non-perpendicular angles.

There are gaps between the bottom and side pieces meaning cat litter will definitely fall through.

The back piece with the venting holes arrived warped and it feels like it would snap on half with the slightest touch.

And don't even get me started on the lifting cover piece. The instructions for it are completely backwards. It tells you to assemble the box and then do the cover piece after, screwing in the hinges and actuators. This would be fine IF the screws and holes were actually aligned properly, and didn't require the force of Hercules himself to screw them in fully past the first three turns. Because the hinges and actuators are so hard to screw in, it's actually better to assemble the top piece first and THEN build the box around it. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't even assemble the mechanism for the cover and just lay it on top instead.

Overall, this item looks good once it's finished but the process to get there is made harder every step of the way by the design and cheap manufacturing process. It's an expensive item from low quality manufacturers and made with cheap materials. Maybe it used to be better in the past, or maybe other people have been luckier with their part quality, but based on my experience I cannot recommend buying this product.
